Senior Software Developer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale our financial platform during a critical growth phase. You'll work on complex problems at the intersection of fintech infrastructure and AI.

This role offers the opportunity to shape product direction while working with cutting-edge AI technologies in a high-impact problem space.

All our positions are full-time — we're looking for people ready to grow with us for the long run.

What You'll Do

  • Own significant product areas end-to-end, from design and architecture to deployment and monitoring
  • Collaborate with product and design to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions
  • Contribute to our agentic workflow development
  • Build APIs and embedded UX components

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Hands-on production experience with React + a modern backend stack
  • Experience building and scaling API services with relational databases
  • Track record of shipping high-quality products in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Availability to travel 3–4 days every quarter for a company offsite

Advantages

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Familiarity with AI/ML systems and LLM integration
  • Background in B2B SaaS or platform businesses
  • Previous startup experience, especially in scaling from early to growth stage
